Teen Summer Animation Camps

SUMMER ANIMATION CAMPS- Teen

August 13-17, August 20-24 2012

Mon-Fri 9:00Am-5:00PM, 1 week

Fee: $380 for Members, $400 for non-members

In this week long intensive, artistic teens 14-18 will learn to produce their own short animation from inception to editing and sound. Participants will walk away with a finished animation for portfolios, and a solid grasp on the techniques and equipment needed to make an animation. This camp will focus on classical animation, drawing, and Adobe After Effects.

Payment for courses are accepted through cash and cheque only. Depending on circumstance, payment plans and low income requests may be accommodated for summer camps.

Week long Programs for ages 8-14, 9-5PM

Fee: $320 for Members, $350 for non-members (includes Quickkids membership) - Please note that this is a PER WEEK Rate.

Make your own Cartoons! This week long adventure teaches kids to bring their stories to life through animated movement. Participants will explore the process of animation through drawings, cutout characters, plasticine, and easy to use computer animation programs. Each Quick-Kid will complete their own short animated movie with sound and receive a DVD compilation upon completion!

Kids are welcome to attend more than one week of the camp, and will be encouraged to continue work on projects they may have started in the first week.
